Bio
Sitwell became a S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent after graduating top of his class at the academy becoming Nick Fury's assistant and for a time filling in for him as temporary Director of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Later Sittwell acted as S.H.I.E.L.D liaison to Stark Industries providing protection for Tony Stark. During this assignment, he fell in love with Whitney Frost (See Agent Carter S2 Here) who turned out to be the leader of the crime organisation The Maggia.

Coulson says that the that the World Security Council are trying to put Emil Blonsky on the Initiative considering him a war hero and are blaming the incident in Harlem on Bruce Banner.

The World Security Council order SHIELD to send an agent to visit General Thunderbolt Ross to ask him to release Blonsky to their Custody

Coulson and Sitwell decide to send a patsy to the meeting in order to sabotage it, finding someone so abrasive and who has issues with authority in the hopes that this person will annoy Ross enough for him to refuse to release Blonsky.  They decide to send Tony Stark.

Sitwell and Coulson talking on the missions success say that Abomination will remain in his cage.  Coulson added that Stark annoyed Ross so much he tried to have him removed from the bar so Stark bought the bar and scheduled it for demolition.

Coulson drives through the desert arriving at a gas station while expecting some doughnuts the gas station is held up

Coulson gives up his gun to the jittery robbers then proceeds to decimate the thieves knocking them out before buying the doughnuts

When the shop keeper asks him what she should say to the police Coulson blames it on Tae Bo tapes before driving on to New Mexico.
